We have over 80,000 products available online. For Click and Collect. This page is to explain a little about how the online shop works.
1. When ordering your item please look at the stock indicator

Dispatch time 2-3 working days!
Our stock is indicated by company stock and we will pull items from different branches to for fill your order.
If an item states Dispatch time 2-3 working days! - This will be an item we will need to order in from our suppliers. If the item you have ordered is not available we will look for an alternative for you. So it is important that you add contact information to your order.
Click and Collect Customers - We have now enabled click and collect in all of our branches.
As we don’t always keep the stock in the same branch as you would like to collect from, please allow us time to transfer your stock.
We will send an email once your item is ready for collection - Please don’t come to store beforehand as your items may not be ready.
Please pay attention to our stock indicators, this will help you understand the time scale of your order.
Generally if you order a click and collect item before 12:30 then it will be at your allocated branch the same day providing you see the In Stock and Low Stock indicator.
But please await a Collection email.
Items that state Dispatch time 2-3 working days! - We will contact you once we have the item.
